Hi folks out there
Today is Potschochter's birthday.
Potschochter has turned half of ninety years now.
What a frightening number. But this is not Potschochter's issue for today.
Potschochter has just finished his first five days of his internship lasting 40 days. It would be a lie to say that it was easy for Potschochter.
Because now he is confronted with real life. But it feels like heaven has prepared his place, where he is going to spend his internship. Potschochter's task is to collect numbers that are
engraved onto handles of tools that have to be checked on a regular basis.
Well the first few days Potschochter was kind of frightened.
But today he learned that no matter who he is talking to everyone responds in a very kind and understanding way.
This fact really soothes Potschochter's fear of apperently interrupting others within their work flow. Potschochter was set a rough picture of the outcome of his assignment, but how he tries to
reach this goal is merely up to Potschochter.
Today was the first day that Potschochter had the feeling of having accomplished anything, because the last days were spent with running around aimlessly. But today, Potschochter caught the first
glimpse of the whole picture. So he is kind of happy over himself, and yes this is a very new feeling to Potschochter.
Potschochter is ought to continue learning his damn temperature rates concearning this f*ing iron-carbon diagram. But those freaking little figures refuse to stay inside his foggy brain. But he
decided to take a break and enjoy listening to contemporary christian music, such as 10.000 reasons, by Matt Redman, or Confidence by sanctus real.
So wnderful Potschochter is bathing in God's love at the moment. Writing and listening to uplifting music is sheer therapy to Potschochter.
Potschochter really is very pessimistic about his upcoming final exams.
It is not only because of those figurese, there is much more to the final exams than those creepy figures. Maybe Potschochter has to admit that he really is far too old to grab hold of a new
destination or job in Potschochter's life. Self doubt is one of Potschochter's best buddy, because it apperantly will never leave Potschochter's side. A very truthful buddy for Potschochter. But
everyone out there knows that self-doubt is a killer to growth. Potschochter really does not know how to get rid of this clingy self doubt.
Since Potschochter has got a laptop at his work place, time seems to fly.
There is so much to learn for Potschochter. And he really is overwhelmed by all those new impressions he is allowed to collect during those weeks of internship. Potschochter is really grateful
for this chance to take a glimpse into the real world.
No matter what Potschochter will experience int he future, Potschochter is sure that he is not alone, because he has a realla faithful freinde never leaving his side. And no I am not talking of
selft doubt, no the whole opposite is true. Jesus promised to never leave our sides. In Potschochter's live this was proofed to be true on a daily basis. God gave a spirit of stregth, courage and
endurance. Potschochter wants to be worthy to call himself a child of God.
What ever you are up to, ask Jesus first. What would Jesus do? WWJD. He will tell you through his Holy Spirit, as a companion, whether your decisions or intentions are in line with his
words.
