It has been a long time since Potschochter has had the urge to tell you something.
Due to all those different impressions Potschochter has been thrown into, time to write has grown less.
On the 24th of June Potschochter had his first day in training to learn the abilities of a first level support agent.
There are so many structures for Potschochter to learn. It all starts with Ouutlook 365.
It has been quite a fight for him to import the calendars from the whole company into his own Outlook.
Yesterday Potschochter had the priviledge to get to know the young smart guy who is the face of the company who cares for the IT infrastructure of the company where Potschochter tries to grow into the role of an IT support agent.
And today Potschochter wrote his very first ticket. This smart guy told Potschochter to try to solve the problem by himself.
Potschocher was so excited and delighted at the same time. Potschochter loves to solve riddles.
Being honest, Potschochter took nearly three hours to solve a very easy problem.
Now Potschochter has two possibilities.
One could be being dissappointed about the amount of time he spent solving this problem.
The second one is the one of being proud of having been able to solve the problem neraly by himself. The smart guy equipped Potschochter with the proper tool like password and user to solve this problem.
Those tools were given by this young smart guy Potschochter got to know yesterday.
Potschochter did not notice how much time has gone by. He has been so drawn into this act of problem solving that he accidentally did one added hour to his normal working time.
And guys, I tell you something.
No matter what other people will say, Potschochter is not going to let his joy over this accomplishment being destroyed by anyone.
If you consider the fact, that Potschochter was confronted with a device he never has known before, Potschochter can be proud of himself.
Baby steps are the proper way to handle life. Being grateful over little things is the only healthy way to deal with life.
